Before You Book

Everything essential: 3 daily home-cooked meals with their beverages, unlimited yoga classes, meditation, workshop access, sauna and cool plunge, community events, Starlink WiFi, housekeeping, and a filtered-water station. Extras are optional: items from the a la carte cafe menu, private massages, boat tours, and airport transfers.
We hear this question a lot before arrival, and almost never after. Here is the honest math: your nightly rate covers your room, three home-cooked meals with their drinks, unlimited yoga and meditation classes, sauna and cool plunge, workshops, community events, and Starlink WiFi. Price those separately anywhere on the lake and the numbers get close before you have even booked a room. And the part the math cannot show is what guests actually write home about: you never reach for your wallet, never plan a logistics day, and never eat alone unless you want to. You simply live well for a while. That is the part people tell us was worth it.
Cancel 10 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Within 10 days of arrival, you can choose a 50% refund or 100% resort credit. There's no deposit, you book and pay in full at checkout, and refunds reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.
Fly into Guatemala City (GUA). Shuttles run to Panajachel, where a short boat (lancha) crosses to San Marcos La Laguna, or directly to San Marcos by road. From the dock, a quick tuk-tuk brings you up to Eagle's Nest. We can also arrange private transport straight to San Marcos from the airport or Antigua. Most travelers, including US, Canadian, UK, and EU citizens, receive a 90-day tourist stay on arrival. We send full arrival instructions after you book.
Yes to both. Upgrades are available based on availability. Extensions are common and many guests add extra days once they arrive.
