What to expect?

During this group session we start with an introduction to breathwork and the conscious connected breathing technique. We will be doing a short breathing warm-up before we lie on our backs and through a short meditation escape from our heads, going into our bodies. We will be breathing for about 50 minutes.

I support you during this process, creating a safe container. I show up from an intuitive place and the experience is always tailored to what will serve you most.

At the end there is time for integration.

A group will be max 15 people to keep this an intimate safe space.

Note: This form of breathing is not suitable for people suffering from heart diseases, extremely high blood pressure and severe psychological difficulties.

About this breathing technique

The Breathe Into Bliss breathing practice is based on conscious-connected, circular breath. The specific breathing pattern gradually brings you into a subtly different state of consciousness, which activates the natural healing system in the body and the psyche.

About the facilitator

An believes in the powerful healing and awakening effects of breathwork. As a breathwork facilitator, she helps people tap into the natural healing mechanism of their body and psyche.

An studied and has been practicing Pranayama. But the specific breathwork that offers emotional release and trauma healing, offered her something different. When she struggled herself with some difficulties on her path, she discovered this amazing tool for self healing. She followed her calling and decided to do a training and help people herself. An gives private and group breathwork sessions.
